FAQ’s

  • Yes, this is long. I don’t believe in conforming to the shorter is better approach to sharing information, and I want to say all the things that I think are important about doing this work with me. I am here for the people who want to connect deeply and authentically, not through transactional, degraded, consumable content. Take your time with this to see if my style will align with you.

In my pole and movement classes, we’re not here to chase perfect technical moves or conform to anyone else's idea of sexy. We’re here to explore and embody the kind of movement that feels fucking amazing in your body.

We live in a world that wants us to keep pushing, keep striving, keep breaking ourselves down. Society demands we ignore our bodies, violate our own boundaries, and sacrifice our needs in the name of productivity and perfection. But let’s be real—the damage we cause when we do this is deep. The more we ignore our bodies, the more we disconnect from ourselves, and the more we destroy the beautiful relationship we deserve to have with our own fucking power. We also unintentionally reinforce trauma and wounding we’ve experienced when we don’t honor our own boundaries.

This constant drive for perfection isn’t just damaging on a personal level—it’s a system designed to strip us of our autonomy, our pleasure, and our freedom. By treating our bodies as separate from who we truly are, we’re reinforcing the systems that keep us enslaved to capitalism, colonization, and patriarchy. These systems control, damage, and abuse our relationship to ourselves, and we’ve all been affected—whether by personal trauma or systemic oppression. But we are here to say fuck that.

This space is a rebellion—a reclaiming of our bodies, our desires, and our pleasure. We’re here to unlearn all that bullshit, to liberate ourselves from the expectations that keep us small, and to reconnect with the magic that’s always been inside of us. You deserve to honor your needs, to make space for your desires, and to prioritize your pleasure. This is where we find liberation - in the reclamation of your body as your own, your pleasure as your own, and your truth as your own.

When we work through sequences, we’ll evolve them as we go—layering your energy and style into each movement until it’s uniquely yours. I want you to feel joy in your body, to revel in the freedom to move however the fuck you want. If a move doesn’t feel good, if it’s not serving you, or if it’s just not turning you on, you can toss it and ask for another option. This is about you, your pleasure, and making sure you feel empowered to shape every part of your dance to meet your desires.

You will never, ever be forced to do anything in my classes that you don’t want to do. If something feels off, inaccessible, or just doesn't vibe with where you’re at, there’s always another way. You are the one in charge here, and I’m here to support you in creating the kind of experience that feels right, that feels powerful, that feels like you’re reclaiming every inch of your body.

This work is about restoring the connection between self and body, listening to your needs, honoring your boundaries, and giving yourself exactly what you want—not what someone else thinks you "should" do, or what anyone thinks looks sexy. We are shifting focus from the aesthetic to how it feels in your body. Together we will center your pleasure and find reclamation, reverence, liberation, and connection. Oh and say fuck off to anyone who tried to make us feel shame in our bodies.

  • Most of my classes and workshops are all levels. If you’re new to dancing working with me can help you build confidence, find your style, and start your movement journey focused on your pleasure and joy, If you’re an experienced dancer I can help you restore joy in your body and dance, deepen the connection to your movement by helping you use your whole body and heart in your dancing, and helping you enhance the magic already present in your dance.

To get the most out of my pole classes- I ask that you already have a solid understanding of the pole basics. You don’t need movement experience for my other classes unless otherwise specified. Beyond that, we’re not sticking to a script—we’re here to unlock and celebrate the magic that’s already within you.

The basics to me are that you know how to walk around the pole, get up and down a few different ways, know a few spins, and feel comfortable with a few different grip styles. I would love for you to be comfortable with freestyle dancing or working on being comfortable with it!

You get to make this experience as challenging as you want. If you’re new to pole, you can take the familiar path and build that confidence at your own pace. If you're an advanced dancer, you decide how far you want to push yourself—this space is all about honoring your intuition and listening to what your body craves.

Feel free to email me with questions I want to make sure you get the most out of your time with me!
